oh yay! I'm so glad it made it! I confess I was a bit worried because I forgot to take any pictures before I mailed it and I was afraid that would jinx it.
Suzanne, I hope you're ok with me cutting a slit in your pages to insert the pop up. I swear I was sooooo nervous doing it.
It's weird to look at the "Santa" part now when we are almost to Spring and think that this is from right around Christmas!
Juj, this is so cool. Reminds me a bit of one of my favourite children's illustrators Lauren Child. I LOVE this.
I'm still staring at Gabi's Moley. Before we started all this, there was one Moley I couldn't wait to get my hands on - Gabi's. I had SO many ideas for the theme. It's now the one that I'm having most difficulty with. Aarrrgh.
Juj! How did you do this?!! What a great continuation of the mail theme -- I guess it will come back around to my neck of the woods sometime this decade (!) and i will be able to see how it's done. Beautiful.
I am in love. What a beautiful goup of images, all flowing together. You should all be so proud and honored to have the opportunity to share with such people.
How, for even a second, could you think I wouldn't be ok with you cutting a slit in the Moleskine?!?!? Rip it, tear it, shred it!!! I'm am totally excited by your artistic vision!!!!!
You have gone above and beyond with this one!! Wow, wow, wow...I can't even begin to say how excited I am to own a pop-up Moleskine! I LOVE IT!
Firstly, I have to say how absolutely gobsmacked I am at the incredible illustrative talents displayed on this blog. Amazing - I would love to see one of these firsthand.
Secondly, I just wanted to thank you so much for visiting my blog & leaving such a kind, thoughtful comment regarding the passing of my dog, Biko.
Now that you've introduced me to moly_x_12 I will definitely be back to catch up on the journey of the moleskines.
Oh, my stars! You've inspired me to get off my butt and dig out the one I only dream about or talk about sending. This is awesome. So many creative people! jun, you're a master!
